Per has been working in private practice for more than 30 years and he has significant experience from a number of practice areas. Per’s current practice includes, among other things, - providing advice on complex matters relating to corporate law, financial regulations and stock exchange regulations, - acting as arbitrator in commercial disputes (as a sole arbitrator or on a panel with others), - representing buyers or sellers in private M&A transactions, including real estate, drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements and related documents, - representing CEOs, partners of financial institutions and other senior executives on negotiating retirement deals and similar packages, - acting as the chairman at shareholder meetings - drafting various transaction related documents, such as shareholders agreements, asset management agreements and related documents.

Per’s practice as a Linklaters partner in the Banking & Finance practice included providing advice on financial regulations, negotiating and drafting documents in a variety of financing transactions, such as leverage finance, real estate finance and other acquisition finance, investment grade and other forms of corporate lending, advising Swedish and international banks and borrowers on loan agreements, intercreditor agreements and different security arrangements. This work also included advising lenders and borrowers in relation to assets in financial distress, including restructurings and insolvency related work. In his capacity as the managing partner of Linklaters’ Stockholm office for more than five years, a period during which the office went through significant structural change, Per had the overall responsibility for the implementation of those changes and the Linklaters strategy in the Nordic region in general and Sweden in particular.
